I am a strategic finance and transformation professional with 15 years experience of consulting, investing and Executive management. Trained at KPMG, delivering countless projects to clients across audit, diligence, M&A and transformation.
A former hands-on investor responsible for executing buy on build strategy across portfolios, undertaking in house diligence and working closely with investee businesses to support scaling and integrations.
Most recently working as part of an Executive Management Team scaling a fast growing SAAS Fintech. Putting in the Financial and Operational infrastructure to support scaling and playing an instrumental role in devising and articulating value creation plans to support and successfully deliver funding rounds.

Driving value often requires driving change or transformation. I have significant experience in designing and managing transformation programmes to deliver value creation plans.
Sometimes the remit can be more bespoke, a gap in resourcing, an acquisition or integration. Having looked after acquisition strategy within PE, I am experienced in executing buy and build transactions and integrating businesses successfully. Additionally, I have significant experience taking fractional portfolio roles to provide situational support.
I have delivered multiple change projects across a range of sectors. Experienced at setting up PMO, governance infrastructure and stakeholder management to drive complex projects forward to deliver results.
